OK, so we are going ahead with last weeks meet, this week. Seeing as lots of people are interested/back/better :o)
Still haven't sorted a new "home" for us, but for this week we will be touting ourselves about the New Walk Museum. It's a nice easy walk from the station, free (although they will take a donation, lol) Has plenty for LOs to see, space to demo, ample opportunity to have babywearing en masse *seen* as well as a cafe, babychange etc. Also - just remembered - it has something called the *Discover* section aimed at 2-8yr olds, plenty of space in there to mill, and wrap etc, while the kiddos find stuff to do!
It's straight out and over the London road from the station, walk up the main road (Waterloo road) and it's right in front of you as you come onto New Walk. Map.
There is limited onsite parking, you'd have to come from the other side of New walk..would possibly be easiest to park as you would for the YMCA, it's just a 2 minute walk from there!
